Punta Mita is a private gated community that hosts residences and resorts such as the St. Regis and Four Seasons. In order to enter Punta Mita one of the following is required; reservations at a restaurant, a guest at the St Regis Hotel, a guest at a villa, or attending our wedding. There are villa rental options inside the gates, which will provide you some or full access to the beach clubs, golf course, etc., within Punta Mita. Please check with the villa for access information. The St. Regis Hotel will provide you full access to the beach clubs. There are also options to stay outside the gates in the town of Punta de Mita or other hotels nearby. If you decide to stay outside the gates, you will be listed as a guest for our wedding, allowing you to enter Punta Mita during the ceremony and reception.

Punta Mita is adjacent to a small town, Punta de Mita, with multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. It is a fun place to visit to eat or shop.

Getting around Punta Mita is typically by golf cart. Golf carts can be rented through the St Regis Hotel if you are a hotel guest, from the villa or by contacting one of the golf cart rental companies in Punta de Mita. See travel tab. Taxis can be found in the town of Punta de Mita or you may elect to rent a car at the airport to get around the general Punta Mita area.

There are a lot of great villa rentals within the gated community that within 5 to 10 minutes of the St. Regis. Please check with the villa for beach club and golf course access information.
